VDA Testing Track

The Vehicle Dynamic platform is one the variety of tests can be performed on this track.. All handling and dynamics stability tests such as constant radius tests, double lane change, fishhook manoeuvre, J- Turn test, slalom test, etc can be performed. This track should be 0% longitudinal slope.

Basalt Tile Track / European brick road

A Basalt Tile Track is a specially constructed test track surface made using basalt stone tiles. It is primarily used in automotive testing facilities, durability tracks, and performance evaluation zones.

Rock Stone Track

A Rock Stone Track is a heavy-duty durability test track constructed using large natural stones placed in an irregular pattern to simulate extreme rough terrain.

Ditches Track

A Ditches Track is a specialized off-road durability track consisting of repeated transverse depressions (ditches) constructed across the driving path. It is used in automotive proving grounds to generate high suspension articulation, body twist, and impact loads.

SAW TOOTH Track

A Saw Tooth Track is a specially profiled durability testing surface consisting of continuous triangular (tooth-shaped) ridges cast across the direction of travel. It generates high-frequency vertical excitation to evaluate suspension, chassis, mountings, and structural fatigue.

ABS Tests Track (Anti-Lock Braking System Testing)

ABS testing evaluates the performance of the Anti-Lock Braking System under different road and load conditions to ensure stability, steerability, and minimum stopping distance during hard braking.

High Friction Asphalt Track

A High Friction Asphalt Track is a specially designed pavement surface providing very high skid resistance and grip, used for and high-speed stability testing. It reduces the risk of skidding and overshooting stop or give way lines.

Low Friction Gradient Track

A Low Friction Gradient Road is a specialized test surface where the coefficient of friction (µ) changes either across the lane (split-µ) or along the direction of travel (longitudinal gradient).

ISO TRACK

The ISO track is used to perform homologations tests for Pass by Noise measurement and Tyre Noise measurement (future homologation test).

NVH TRACKS

NVH Track track is used to evaluate Noise and ride comfort evaluation of vehicle.

High Speed Testing Tracks

A High-Speed Testing Track is a specially designed closed-circuit track used to evaluate vehicle performance, stability, braking performance (100-200+ km/h), durability, and safety at sustained high speeds.

Damaged Asphalt Testing Track

A Damaged Asphalt Testing Track is a specially engineered surface that replicates deteriorated bituminous road conditions to evaluate vehicle durability, ride comfort, and NVH performance under real-world distressed pavement scenarios

Water Wading Testing Track

A Water Wading Testing Track is a controlled water-filled test facility used to evaluate a vehicle's ability to operate safely through flooded road conditions. It simulates real-world waterlogging scenarios for passenger vehicles, SUVs, LCVs, and heavy vehicles.
